All orders are sent out within 24 hours of purchase via Australia post 

All standard postage orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.

Interstate: 3- 6 business days 

EXPRESS SHIPPING

ALL domestic parcels are delivered through Australian Registered Post.

Order confirmation & Australia Post tracking details are sent via email once dispatched.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

ALL International parcels are shipped via Australia Post express service.

International customers will incur a flat rate fee of $35 for express Worldwide shipping.

Responsibilities for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer.

RETURNS POLICY

We value every customer purchase made and hope you love your order. However, due to being a small business all items sold are final. We do not offer refunds.

We are more than happy to exchange an incorrect size or offer a store credit.

Returns , faulty items or exchanges must be returned within a 7 day timeframe to be accepted with the following conditions

- Item/s are in original condition, unworn and unwashed.

- All tags are still in place and attached.

- Item/s are neatly folded in their original packaging.

- Item/s are not marked as final sale.

 Any item/s that do not meet these conditions will not be valid for any return and will be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.
