We provide both standard and express shipping via Australia Post.
PRICES FOR POSTAGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA:
Standard shipping (4-5 business days) : FLAT RATE $10.00 AUD
Express-shipping (2-3 business days) : FLAT RATE $15.00 AUD.
All (domestic) orders over $100 AUD will receive free shipping automatically applied to your cart.
Please ensure the delivery address is correct and secure:
If your parcel is lost in transit we will do everything possibly to assist in retrieving the parcel. We are however not responsible once proof of delivery has been generated. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, therefore a refund will not be issued.
Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be dispatched.

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a refund, exchange or credit voucher within 5 business days of receiving, depending on the issue.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed.
To submit a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return.
Please keep in mind we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.
To eligible for a return on handmade items, the item must be damaged and/or unusable. We do not offer refunds due to change of mind. Our candles are handmade with natural soy wax, therefore some imperfections may form but do not alter the performance of the candle. We perform a quality check of the item when packaging with the utmost care before shipping your item/items off.
If the item/items arrives damage due to shipping, please do not hesitate to email us at email@example.com followed by an image of your damaged goods for our insurance purposes. Once assessed we will follow this up and provide you with further details on sending the damaged item back for a replacement or credit note.
